The residence

The residence “Kefahelion” is located just outside St. Ambrogio, in the territory of Cefalù, just 5km away from the Norman town. The structure was fully renovated a few years ago and is home to about thirty between studios and one-bedroom apartments, nestled in a green park overlooking the sea. A picturesque private footpath, flanked by olive trees and Mediterranean bushes interspersed with comfortable stone seats, leads to the bay of Sant’Ambrogio, partly free, partly occupied by two lidos. The beach is pebbly and the water is particularly clear, fresh and clean. Built on multiple levels along a sloping hillside, the residence enjoys an exceptional view ranging from the Rocca of Cefalù to the promontory of Pollina, and on clear days it is possible to see some of the Aeolian Islands. The apartments are built around colourful flowerbeds and the typical Mediterranean vegetation, giving our guests the feeling of spending their holidays immersed in a lush oasis of relax. Along the winding paths a cool sea breeze blows and from the beautiful terraces you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. In addition to easy access to the sea and the incomparable views, the residence offers its guests:

You can easily walk from the residence to the lovely village of St. Ambrogio, while Norman Cefalù and its beautiful surroundings are just a short car-ride away; in particular, we suggest you visit the characteristic madoniti villages – artistic and cultural gems of northern Sicily – and many other attractions, including a golf club located approximately 30 minutes away (also by car) from the residence.
