Inside the holiday home

The holiday home is located at the top level of the residence Kefahelion and therefore enjoys a lovely view over the bay and the azure sea, and the intense green of the vegetation.Completely renovated and refurnished in 2012, the holiday home can comfortably accommodate five adults, with the possibility of an extra bed. A bright central room welcomes guests upon arrival with its harmonious lines and colours recalling the surrounding natural environment. A double glass door opens onto the balcony, and its incredible view: the stone seat surrounding it, made comfortable by numerous pillows, is an ideal place to enjoy a cocktail at sunset. A modern kitchen, fully equipped, is separated from the living area by a peninsula for your morning breakfast. The living area also has a 32’’ LCD TV and satellite receiver. The delicate hues of the bedroom invite guests to relax in a comfortable atmosphere, elegantly refined and also equipped with LCD TV. The bathroom is modern and spacious, equipped with every comfort, including a shower with hydro massage jets. The holiday home is also fully air conditioned and has a wall safe.

Bedroom Furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables and a large two-doors closet with many drawers and clothes rails. Upon request it can be completed with a cot for a child. In the bedroom is a modern 32’’ LCD TV.

Living room
Living room Contains a large sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed and a convertible armchair/single bed, both equipped with linens and blankets. Above and beside the sofa bed a modular structure can accommodate clothing, linens and other personal items belonging to guests. A dresser containing dishes, glasses and anything else necessary for the table complements a dining table with six chairs. In the lounge is a 32'' LCD TV with satellite.

Kitchen
Kitchen The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: a large refrigerator with freezer, induction plate, electric oven, toaster, kettle, pots and pans in stainless steel, and various utensils for the preparation of food. The peninsula that separates the kitchen from the living room is ideal for breakfasting in the morning.

Bathroom The bathroom is brand new and equipped with washbasin, bidet, and a shower with hydro massage jets. Towels and a hairdryer are included.

Lenght of stay
The minimum length of stay is generally one week, but we can take into consideration requests for shorter periods. The sojourn normally starts/ends on Saturdays. Guests are requested to leave the holiday home no later than 11am, and take possession of the holiday home no earlier than 4pm.
Accessibility
Some stairs are necessary to reach and leave the structure, so the holiday home is accessible to elderly and people affected by mild walking difficulties as long as they’re assisted. The holiday home is however not equipped to accommodate disabled people.
Other information
Towels are provided for all our guests. The air conditioning is supplied by a heat pump system providing both hot and cold air. Upon request you may receive one or more fans. We’ll charge a little cost per day for the use of electric fans and heat pumps. For initial and final cleaning of the holiday home and washing of linen used by guests, we charge a one-off fee of €50. Guests are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the residence's regulations that can be found inside the holiday home.
Attractions
Sant’Ambrogio’s beach is easily accessible from the residence via a short footpath that winds down in the middle of the Mediterranean vegetation. Part of the beach is free to use, while the other part is occupied by two lidos, one of which offers a lovely outdoor restaurant, pizzeria, bar, and lounge bar. The surroundings of the residence offer the opportunity for pleasant walks and excursions by car, starting from nearby village of Sant'Ambrogio, all gathered around a lovely square, to Cefalù – a resort of international renown. Within short distance of the residence are also the magnificent Parco delle Madonie and other attractions, including a golf club.
